Skilled Nursing
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled care and instructions to patients and family members. The RN enables the patient and family to function independently at home increasing the comfort of the patient and improving overall health. Skilled nursing services may include but not limited to:
- PICC Line Care
- Restorative Care
- Wound Care
- TPN
- Blood draw and Lab work
- Dressing Change
- Respiratory Care
- Ostomy Care
- IV Therapy
- Supervision of Medication
- Family/Patient education
- Hypertensive Management

- Pre-Op and Post-Op care
Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
Assist patient in improving ability to perform daily activities. Our specialists help family family members to properly care for patient by communicating available community resources. Our therapists implement teachings appropriate to our patient's needs and within the context of his/her environment and value system.
Social Services
Social workers assess patient's social and emotional factors related to illness. They provide therapeutic assistance that helps patients recuperate and recover faster. These highly qualified professionals provide high level treatment to patients that distinguishes Legacy Homecare from other agencies.
Home Health Aide Services
Our Home Health Aide assists the patient with personal care, meal preparation, ambulation and exercises under professional supervision. Our aides treat our patients with care and empathy. They may assist in meal planning and food preparation. They may also provide companionship, socialization and housekeeping services. At Legacy Homecare, we treat our patients and their family members with respect and dignity.
Dietician Services
Our dietician services provide nutritional counseling and educational teachings in accordance with prescribed diet to help patients and caregivers increase their knowledge on proper food and fluid intake in consideration of their medical diagnoses; and improve their overall well being.
We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Our on-call personnel will take your calls after hours, weekends and holidays to better assist you.
